Component Analysis

Glitch will analyse failed, non-conforming or newly introduced components, detailing actual and potential failure modes with comprehensive findings and documentation. It will enable the customer extended testing facilities and know-how so that they can challenge their supplier with confidence.  

These services will include:

  • Non-destructive testing
  • Destructive testing
  • Disassembly and analysis
  • CT Scanning (hopefully)
  • Environmental testing
  • Conformity testing
  • Diagnosis advice

Glitch will work as a technical partner, offering insight into problems and technical details that are generally not available to quality, warranty or product introduction departments. This will extend to the extent and depth of analysis that will be provided, using the process and skillset that’s important in root cause analysis to give detail often beyond that which even the supplier can provide.

Glitch will demonstrate a process of fault-finding and root cause analysis to the point that possessing technical specialists and expensive equipment in the previously mentioned departments is uneconomical.
